Integrity of Certification
Our goal is to ensure that all students who complete our course have done so honestly, have genuinely absorbed the material presented, and have adhered to the highest standards of academic and ethical conduct. To maintain the integrity of our certificates:
Cheating and Malpractice
Any student found to be bypassing required lessons, not completing mandatory assignments, or otherwise not genuinely participating in the course in order to quickly obtain a certificate may have their certificate retracted or invalidated by Pixolity AB.
Unauthorized Sharing
Sharing course materials with individuals who have not legitimately purchased or enrolled in the course is a breach of our terms of service. Anyone found distributing, sharing, or facilitating unauthorized access to our course materials will be subject to certificate retraction and potential removal from the course.
Right to Retract Certification
Pixolity AB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to retract or invalidate any course certificate if a student is found in violation of these terms, or if there is any reasonable suspicion of malpractice, dishonesty, or any other behavior that compromises the integrity of the certification process.
Notice and Appeal
Should a certificate be considered for retraction, the student will be notified in writing of the reasons. The student will have 14 days from the date of the notice to appeal the decision. Appeals should be submitted in writing to support@pixolity.com. Pixolity AB will review all appeals thoroughly and will notify the student of its decision. The decision on appeals is final.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
